Medals and Achievements

Flappy Dash keeps two kinds of trophy. Medals measure how far a run went. Achievements measure how it was flown. Here is every one, and how to earn it.

Medals

Every run that ends earns the highest medal its score reaches. The Game Over card shows your medal and how many points you need for the next one, so a near miss of a medal is always one run away.

MedalScoreWhat it usually means
Bronze10You have the rhythm. Most players earn it within their first few runs.
Silver25You have survived THE DEEP and reached the UNDERWORLD, which begins at 24.
Gold50You have flown all five worlds once: SKYLINE, THE DEEP, UNDERWORLD, CACTUS CANYON and THE EYE.
Platinum100You have gone round the worlds and back. A rare medal, and the one to show off.

Your score can rise faster than one point per column. Fever doubles every point after ten clean columns in a row, and some powers multiply your score while they burn, so a strong run can reach a medal sooner than the column count suggests.

Achievements

Achievements are checked when a run ends, never halfway through, because several of them are about a whole run. Each is earned once and stays in your Record screen. They pay no coins: they are a record of what you have managed, not a shop.

How to Earn Each One

THREADER

A close call is passing a column with only a whisker of room to spare. They do not need to be in a row, so you can collect them across a long run. The best place is SKYLINE, where nothing moves: fly the bottom edge of the gap on purpose, a little closer each time.

DAREDEVIL

The harder cousin of THREADER: five close calls one after another, with no comfortable pass in between. The STEADY HAND power helps, because while it burns a safe pass does not break your chain. Try it early in a run, when the gaps are widest.

UNTOUCHED

Reach 20 points without a shield ever breaking. You can carry shields; you just cannot use one. That means flying THE DEEP cleanly, so practise the slower rhythm the water needs before you try for this.

WRECKER

Columns can only be destroyed two ways: the BREAKTHROUGH power, which smashes straight through up to ten columns during a surge, and the Grow pickup, which swells the bird for a moment so it can break one. Owning BREAKTHROUGH makes this one straightforward.

EXTERMINATOR

Shredding means destroying a creature or a projectile with a power. Three powers do it: DUST DEVIL, whose vortex shreds anything the bird flies through; THUNDERBOLT, whose lightning strikes a creature every second; and BREAKTHROUGH, which ploughs through whatever it meets. Every shred also pays a coin. Pick a world with plenty of creatures, such as CACTUS CANYON, and let the surge do the work.

ARSENAL

Every power you own fires when your surge meter fills, so ARSENAL comes from owning several powers and surviving long enough for the meter to fill. Six powers in a single surge does it at once; fewer powers across two or three surges also counts.

UNBROKEN

Twenty-five columns without a hit of any kind. A shield breaking counts as a hit, so this is about flying, not about carrying shields. Fever lights up at ten clean columns; UNBROKEN asks you to keep it alive two and a half times as long.

TOURIST

Enter all five worlds in one run. That means surviving four world changes, which at 12 points each normally means a score of 48. Score multipliers can carry you through a world faster, but you still have to see all five.

Where to See Your Trophies

Open Record on the title screen. It shows your best score, your best medal, the achievements you have earned, your day streak and your last few runs. Everything is saved in your browser on the device you play on, so it is there every time you come back.
